Depending on your internal capabilities and your expertise - we will help develop a Cost Management Strategy and Implementation Plan. There are two ends of the operational services v. internal operating control spectrum as shown in the figure below. You may start and stay closer to the services end or move - at your pace - toward the full internal subscription end.
